Preveza Aktion Airport (PVK) is a 25–40-minute road transfer, with Ioannina (IOA) the longer drive inland. Meganisi, Kalamos, Kastos and Ithaca lie a couple of hours apart, a week’s sailing, with the open Kefalonia crossing the leg to time, so plan an earlier turnaround and hold the last day in the sheltered Meganisi channels.
