Is not refunded in any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment or third party, all risks of damage/theft whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper, or by the clients. It is totally indemnified against in all cases. The refundable deposit will be kept in case of tender/ outboard loss and clogged toilets.
On the Skippered charters (provided from Athenian Yachts), only the Damage Waiver is required without Refundable Security Deposit
