Weather of Sumartin
On Brač island – where is Sumartin also located- has a Mediterranean climate. The average temperature in summer is 25 °C, and 9 °C in winter. There can be significant differences between coastal areas and places with an altitude above 500 metres. Port of Sumartin
Sumartin is a peaceful, idyllic place, even in the high season. It is the easternmost and youngest coastal town on the island of Brač. It is connected by a ferry to the port of Makarska. The depth of the seabed is 1-3, 7 metres. Sumartin sailing
Port of Pučišća (Brač)
This small port is located on the northeast coast of the island of Brač. It has 25 berths, of which about 8-10 are reserved for yachts. The depth of the seabed along the quas is 1, 2-2, 3 metres, and 3, 5-4, 3 metres in the middle of the port.
Marina Bol (Brač)
The port of Bol is located on the southern coast of Brač Island, about halfway between Milna and Sumartin. It is small, so it can be hard to find a free berth during the main season. The depth of the water is 6–7 metres at the entrance and 2 metres at the pier. It provides drinking water, electricity and laundry, as well as cafés and restaurants. Port of Supetar (Brač)
There is only a limited number of berths in the port. Supetar’s outer port is reserved for ferries and commercial vessels. In contrast, mostly smaller boats and yachts use the inner basin. Port of Sutivan (Brač)
Sutivan is located on the northern coast of the island of Brač, only 7 km from Supetar. Larger boats can anchor in front of the bay, smaller boats can berth in the port. The depth of the seabed at the entrance of the port is 6 metres, while along the quay it is 2-3 metres.
Ports of Milna
The town is popular among sailors. The three ports can accommodate more than 300 boats. The largest is the ACI Marina Milna with 170 berths, where boats up to 40 metres in length can drop anchor. The depth of the seabed is 6 metres. The port offers many quality services, and refuelling is also possible. Located on the northern side of Milna Bay, the Marina Vlaska offers 71 berths for boats up to 25 metres. The depth of the seabed is 15 metres. Makarska Harbour

Marina Baška Voda

Port of Omiš

Port of Podstrana
The luxurious Marina Lav belongs to the Le Meridien Lav hotel complex. It can accommodate 74 yachts with a maximum length of 40 m. The depth varies between 2-2.8 m. Marina Kaštel Gomilica
This is the only port in Croatia that can accommodate superyachts up to 140 m. Refuelling is among the quality services of the port.
The recently built port is in the southwestern part of Kaštela Bay. It has 420 sea berths, and 200 land berths, all offering water and electricity. The depth of the seabed is between 2, 5 m and 8 m. There is a reception desk, a self-service laundry, a yacht club and a refuelling station. As for restaurants, you can choose BavAdria café, Nautic restaurant or Spinnaker restaurant. Marina Vela Luka (Korčula)

Komiža Town Harbour
The harbour of Komiža is in a wide, deep bay. It has 30 berths for boats up to 20 metres in length. The seabed is 6 metres deep. The harbour offers excellent protection from northern and eastern winds, but the southern Jugo can cause some waves. Komiža sailing
Marina Vis
This marina can accommodate 70 boats up to 20 metres in length. The Bora and Jugo winds can make berthing difficult, thus when they are blowing stronger, it is better anchoring at the quay at the nearby town of Kut. Day 1. Sumartin – Makarska

The most impressive building and local symbol in Makarska is the St. Mark’s Church, built-in 1766. If you like taking long walks, choose the Osejava Forest Park. Day 2. Makarska – Baška Voda

The main attractions are the Church of St. Nicholas and the Church of St. Lawrence. Day 3. Baška Voda – Omiš

A part of Omiš whose lies in the canyon of the Cetina river, one of the most fabulous Croatian towns. It is proud of its pleasant old town and sandy beaches offering numerous opportunities for excursions. Furthermore, it has a rich culture, i.e. the famous Festival of Dalmatian Choirs is held here annually. Another popular event is the Omiš Summer Festival with exciting concerts. Day 4. Omiš – Podstrana (Marina Lav)

One of the most famous sites of the town is the new parish church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. For hiking, definitely look for a trail on Perun Hill. Day 5. Podstrana (Marina Lav) – Postira

Postira is located in the northern part of the island of Brač, 10 km from Supetar. If you are visiting, be sure to check out the Renaissance Lazarić Castle, right by the marina. In 1876, the famous Croatian poet Vladimir Nazor was born here. As for restaurants, we recommend Konoba Gustirna.
Day 6. Postira – Pučišća

Pučišća has great quarries – this is where the famous white limestone of Brač Island originates An important sight here is the St Jerome Church, built between 1566 and 1750. Interestingly, many of the houses have a stone roof, and you can also explore beautifully carved lampposts here.
7. Pučišća – Povlja – Sumartin

We recommend discovering this tiny village for families who like a peaceful holiday. The most famous attraction of Povlja is the remains of the early Christian basilica next to the Church of St. John. The beautiful bays in the area are perfect for swimming.
If we still have some time after returning our boat, we should take a look around Sumartin. The town’s main landmark is the 18th-century Franciscan monastery.
