Our security policy reduces the client's financial liability in the event of damage to the yacht, damage or loss of ancillary equipment or damage caused by a third party during the charter.
The Damage waiver is not refundable under any circumstances and covers loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment, or third party and all risks of damage/theft, whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper or the clients.
The refundable deposit covers any damage or loss over the damage waiver amount and the customer's total financial liability will not exceed the amount of the damage waiver and the refundable deposit.

The 4 cabin’s bareboat catamaran Bali Catsmart - 4 cab. was built in 2024 and it is docked in Zakynthos, Greece. The Bali Catsmart - 4 cab. (2024) can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 cabins and it has 2 toilets. The overall length of the boat is 39 ft / 11,8 m. The main equipment (find the complete list on the ’Equipments’ tab): bimini top, autopilot, dinghy, electric anchor windlass, GPS chart plotter, hot water, inverter and it’s obligatory extras: charter pack, damage waiver, stand up paddle surfing (sup). The main sail is furling/roll. You can check-in from 17:00 h and check-out until 09:00 h.
