Why charter this Lagoon 620 - 6 cab.
4 cabins for 8 berths means about 2 guests per cabin, so bag storage and sleeping turns are clear before departure. 2 guests per head matters on early marina mornings, when showers, breakfast and casting off compete for time. At 18,9 m, this catamaran needs earlier berth planning and more turning room in busy marinas.
Best charter fit
Lagoon 620 - 6 cab. suits crews comparing cabin separation, luggage storage and bathroom timing across 4 cabins and 4 heads. Choose it for short hops or swim stops where boarding access, seating and deck storage matter more than sail handling.
The Bodrum peninsula and the Gulf of Gökova
Bodrum’s cruising splits between its own peninsula and the Gulf of Gökova just to the south, and it is the gulf that gives the week its shape: a long, deep, sheltered reach you can spend days inside without a rough passage. The base is the lively town under its crusader castle, with Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) a 35–50-minute road transfer and İzmir (ADB) the longer drive. After handover a peninsula cove such as Gümüşlük makes the first night, chosen for the wind. From there the days run between the peninsula bays and the head of Gökova, the meltemi felt on the open northern shore but shut out deep in the gulf; with the wind up the northern coast in the afternoon, turn back west in good time rather than beat home late.
