The Damage waiver is not refundable under any circumstances and covers loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment, or third party and all risks of damage/theft, whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper or the clients.
The refundable deposit covers any damage or loss over the damage waiver amount and the customer's total financial liability will not exceed the amount of the damage waiver and the refundable deposit.

The 2 cabin’s bareboat sailing yacht Sun Odyssey 32i was built in 2009 and it is docked in Lavrion, Greece. The Sun Odyssey 32i (2009) can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 cabins and it has 1 toilets. The overall length of the boat is 31 ft / 9,6 m. The main equipment (find the complete list on the ’Equipments’ tab): electric anchor windlass, autopilot, bimini top, dinghy, cockpit table, GPS chart plotter and it’s obligatory extras: charter pack, damage waiver. The main sail is full batten. You can check-in from 17:00 h and check-out until 09:00 h.
